- Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in six (6) to nine (9) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States, US Territories and P.O. boxes in Alaska and Hawaii. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments to A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. Shipments to multiple addresses are subject to the same shipping charges and timelines.

- Returns & Replacements
- We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know. We'll give you a refund or send you another color, a new size or an entirely different style. Any item returned must be in new, un-worn condition and still have the original packaging and tags intact. We will not charge you shipping for an exchanged item only if the return is due to a wrong item shipped or a defective item.
- Ordering
- As you shop in our store, any items that you add to your shopping cart are saved. When you are ready to order, review your shopping cart to ensure all items and options are correct, and then click the "Checkout" button. During checkout you can choose to proceed without creating an account, or you can create an account. If you create an account, you will have access to additional features and information, including order status, order history, special coupons and discounts, and a personal address book. Additionally, each time you return and log in, your information will be remembered so that you do not need to re-enter it. During checkout you will be prompted for your credit card information. We do not store this information after your transaction, and during your transaction your sensitive information is protected by a secure connection with encryption (notice the "lock" icon in your browser that ensures you are protected).

- All pricing displayed in the shopping cart is subject to change. Promotions and specials are also subject to change at any time.
- Viewing Orders
- If you created an account while you were checking out, you can log in at any time to view past orders, print receipts, view order status, and re-order items.
- Updating Account Information
- You can manage your personal information, including your email address, password, billing information or email preferences at any time. To access your account, click on "My Account" at the top of any page on our site. From here, you can select an area you wish to update. You will then be asked to sign in with your email address and password and will be taken to the page where you can view or edit your information. As an added security feature, you will be automatically logged out after 30 minutes of inactivity on our website. If this occurs, simply re-enter your email address and password to access your information.
